Shipments and returns

Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 2 business days to process before they are shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit or refund within 30 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with Galerie Hindam label attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales order number. No returns are accepted after 30 days from when you receive or without the Galerie Hindam label attached. Items purchased on line must be returned to our factory. Website orders cannot be refunded in Our Shops; they may however, be exchanged at Our Head Office.

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days from receipt.

Galerie Hindam reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify you should such limits be applied. Galerie Hindam also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. Reselling is hereby defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Galerie Hindam for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as the customer in this agreement.

Trademarks or trade dress include the Galerie Hindam name and logo, and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names of Galerie Hindam products, services, and programs, and those of our affiliates.
